Gift vouchers are sold exclusively online and issued electronically with a unique reference number. Each voucher may be redeemed once only and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law. Please retain your voucher carefully, as the hotel is unable to replace vouchers that are lost, deleted, or misused. The digital voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Altered, duplicated, or invalid vouchers will not be accepted. Monetary vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation, hotel credit, and food and beverage services only. Vouchers cannot be used for third-party services, retail items, or externally operated concessions. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers may only be redeemed after 72 hours from the time of purchase. Certain dates may be excluded, including peak periods such as New Year’s Eve, public holidays, and special events. Some packages or rates may be restricted to specific days of the week. Please refer to the individual voucher description for details. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the voucher. Guests are advised to contact the reservations team prior to cancelling to avoid loss of voucher value.
